With over 20 years of experience in Hospitality and Sales;
I have walked in your shoes. I have battled the same stressors. Traveled a similar journey.
Core Plus Marketing was conceived to bring years of expertise, training, and knowledge directly to you. In a specialized, unique way; Marketing for the Food & Beverage Industry.
After a degree in Civil Construction, I went on to study a 2-year program in Hospitality & Leisure Management, followed by a sommelier certification. I had tapped into a core passion, and this experience propelled my career in many different facets of the restaurant industry throughout Spain. From Madrid and Marbella, to Puerto Portal to Zaragoza; 18 years of restaurant ownership, management, and business consulting. However during the pandemic having a first-hand view of how hard the F&B industry was hit, I closed my bistro and went back to school for Digital Marketing and Advertising. During this time, I found a different passion. Creating brand awareness and creative direction for clients in an industry we love, hospitality and food & beverage.
Since relocating to Miami almost 3 years ago I have had the privilege of growing my family, expanding possibilities for my son, all the while engaging in operations, management, and marketing directions for several restaurants. Yet still taking time to hone my craft through a Digital Marketing Strategy certification with Harvard Business School and achieving a Master Sommelier Certification.
